How It Works

For a fixed monthly fee, we work with your business to increase your value through increased sales and improved EBITDA.

The Syndicate platform will take a 20% holding in each Syndicate member - this only activates when a sale occurs.

Neos CX Ventures holds assets and businesses that will increase the multiplier of all businesses within the Syndicate.

When we have achieved critical mass in Syndicate, it will be sold, as a rolled up group.
